This specialty coffee is grown with much care from lots of smallholder farms (1-3 hectares) and all milled and sorted by a local wash station. Brought to the states via Stone X, they have their standards all throughout the supply chain which makes for a high quality coffee. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee also has undergone another layer of specialty coffee proceesing - a honey style process. This process removes most of the pulp leaving behind a small amount of mucilage that helps to increase flavor in the final cup.
