Meet the Son La White Honey from Vietnam. This specialty coffee is grown with much care from lots of smallholder farms (1-3 hectares) and all milled and sorted by a local wash station. Brought to the states via Stone X, they have their standards all throughout the supply chain which makes for a high quality coffee. 

This coffee also has undergone another layer of specialty coffee proceesing - a honey style process. This process removes most of the pulp leaving behind a small amount of mucilage that helps to increase flavor in the final cup. The seeds are left to ferment for a bit then sun-dried to create a bright and complex final product.
